Red Sun Over the Valley
Order today — delivery by 21 Aug
A crimson sun caught between jagged peaks, half-swallowed by clouds that swirl as though the sky itself were turning. Below, a river winds silver through a forested valley while shadow gathers in the deep places. This is the hour before the storm breaks — a place you might remember more than you ever stood in. Cut from a single sheet of 2mm steel, every pine, every coil of cloud, every bend of the river stays connected in one continuous piece.
Laser-cut from low-carbon steel in a Polish workshop. The cutting beam follows the intricate linework with 0.1mm precision — fine enough to hold the swirling texture of the storm clouds, the needled edges of the pine forest, and the thin silver thread of the river through the valley floor. The crescent moon and the scatter of stars survive the cut because every line is engineered to stay structurally bound to the whole. One piece of steel, no welds, no assembly, wall-ready.
Light gives the scene its weather. Mounted on standoff spacers 15mm from the wall, the panel casts a layered shadow behind the steel. The storm clouds seem to drift as the light moves through the day — the valley sharper in direct morning sun, deeper and more brooding by evening. It is a living quality that a flat print of the same dramatic landscape cannot reach, shifting character with every change in ambient light.
Four finishes set the mood: matte black for the most ominous contrast and the sharpest twilight silhouette, matte white for a calmer reading of the swirling clouds, raw steel with a clear protective coat for a metallic grain that catches the light, or corten rust for a warm patina that deepens over weeks and months — fitting for a crimson sun. Five sizes from S (45 cm) to XXL (130 cm) on the longer side, each scaled to preserve the original proportions. Weight ranges from roughly 1.5 to 8 kg. All finishes and sizing details are covered in the craft and delivery guide.

Frequently Asked Questions
A crimson sun rising or setting between jagged mountain peaks, half-veiled by swirling storm clouds. A silvery river winds through a forested valley below, with a crescent moon and faint stars caught in the turbulent sky. The mood is ominous and dramatic — the hour before a storm breaks over the mountains.
Each panel is laser-cut from a single sheet of 2mm low-carbon steel. The entire scene — clouds, sun, peaks, river, and pine forest — remains one continuous, structurally connected piece. No welding or assembly required.
The panel ships with standoff spacers and wall anchors. Mount the spacers to the wall, then attach the panel. The 15mm gap creates a floating effect with a layered shadow behind the steel that shifts throughout the day as the light moves.
Four options: Matte Black for the most ominous, dramatic contrast, Matte White for a calmer reading of the swirling clouds, Raw Steel with a clear protective coat for a metallic grain, and Corten Rust for a warm patina that develops naturally over months — fitting for a crimson sun.
Five sizes scaled to preserve the original proportions: S (45 cm), M (60 cm), L (80 cm), XL (100 cm), and XXL (130 cm) on the longer side. The shorter side follows the landscape's aspect ratio. Weight ranges from approximately 1.5 kg to 8 kg depending on size.
