Vestela respects the intellectual property rights of others. All designs in our catalog are original works, and we take copyright claims seriously. If you believe that any design on vestela.studio infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure below.
Filing a Notice
To file a copyright infringement notice, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Identification of the design on our website you claim is infringing (include the product URL)
- Your contact information (full name, address, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Incomplete notices will be returned with a request for missing information.
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid notice: Within 48 business hours, we acknowledge receipt and begin review. Within 14 days, we complete our assessment and take action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question. We review each claim individually. Our actions may include: removal of the design, modification of the design, or a determination that no infringement has occurred.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your work was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Include: (1) identification of the removed material, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, (3) your contact information, (4) consent to jurisdiction. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal action.
