Scope & Definitions

Vestela (vestela.studio) sells made-to-order laser-cut steel wall panels and related metal products. In these terms: a "Panel" means a decorative metal wall panel cut to your chosen design, size, and finish; an "Order" means your request to purchase one or more panels submitted through our website; and "Customer" means the person or entity placing the order. These terms apply to all sales from Vestela to consumers in the European Union unless otherwise stated.

Order Process

To place an order, select your design, size, and finish on our website and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed. The contract between you and Vestela is formed when we confirm payment — not when you submit the checkout form. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. If an order is cancelled before production begins, you will receive a full refund.

Made-to-Order & Returns

Each Vestela panel is laser-cut to your order from a single sheet of 2mm steel. Because every panel is manufactured individually to your specification, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Polish law as Art. 38(1)(3) of the Consumer Rights Act).

Before completing your order, you must confirm: "I understand this is a made-to-order product and cannot be returned."

We do accept returns for:

• Manufacturing defects (2-year statutory warranty under EU law)
• Damage during transport (carrier liability — report within 14 days of delivery)

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate for your country. Prices are shown in EUR and PLN depending on your selected region. Payment is processed securely via Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards, BLIK, Przelewy24 (P24), Klarna instalment payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Custom RAL powder-coating colour carries a +10% surcharge; Corten weathering steel carries a +20% surcharge. The final price is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Each panel is produced after your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 7–14 business days. We ship to addresses within the European Union. Free shipping applies to orders of 500 EUR or more, or 2,000 PLN or more, depending on your currency. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Warranty

Vestela panels carry a 25-year structural warranty on the steel panel and a 5-year warranty on powder-coated finishes against manufacturing defects. Corten steel develops a natural rust patina over time — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Warranty claims must be submitted with your order number and photographs to [email protected]. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

Original Design Statement

All designs offered by Vestela are original works of metal art created through a technology-driven design process. Our designs draw inspiration from artistic themes, motifs, and aesthetic traditions — including works in the public domain held by major museum collections — but are not reproductions of any specific artwork. Each piece is an independent creation engineered for precision CNC laser-cutting in steel, optimized for structural integrity as a single continuous structure.

Product Visualizations

Product images and visualizations displayed on this website are digitally rendered representations and may differ from the actual physical product. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to manufacturing processes, material properties, and lighting conditions. All dimensions are nominal — actual dimensions depend on the design's aspect ratio.

Limitation of Liability

Our designs are provided for decorative purposes. While we exercise diligence in creating original designs, Vestela does not guarantee that any design is entirely free from third-party intellectual property claims. In the event of a valid claim, our liability is limited to: (1) removal of the design from our catalog, (2) refund of the purchase price for the affected product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seller's registered place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
